<p> After-service</p>
The products provided by the company from raw materials into the factory, production to product out of the factory have passed strict quality control inspection, to meet the company's relevant quality standards of qualified products. In order to ensure that users can use our products safely and satisfactorily, the following provisions are formulated:
1. Our company has established a perfect after-sales service information platform to provide customers with thoughtful and detailed after-sales service.
2. The product is guaranteed and replaced within the warranty period. (That is to say, the product is repaired free of charge for products with good appearance and marking and quality problems in normal use during the quality guarantee period, replaced for products with no maintenance value but unable to determine responsibility, and charged for related materials for products with quality problems caused by customers'self-modification or improper use.)
3. In any of the following circumstances, users can not enjoy Shellett after-sales service commitment:
(1) Products have been subjected to: non-standard installation, modification, violation of normal operating conditions, related supporting products (such as ballasts) performance does not meet the standards and so on.
(2) The situation that does not belong to the product quality problem of our company.
(3) The products are used for business modification and special purposes.
2. Return and Exchange Service
1. The returned goods require complete product shape, reasonable packaging suitable for transportation, explanation of the reasons for returning goods, etc.
2. Customers can enjoy the company's quality assurance service for products specially ordered, but they are not refundable.
3. Products not specially ordered by customers, which are not sold, used, damaged or unpacked within the stipulated period of the contract from the date of issue, are allowed to return to the company for the same kind of products with the same value after communication with our company and consent. Companies that exceed the contractual deadline are not allowed to exchange goods.
III. Product Transportation
Delivery of products: Customers have the right to require the products to be fully packaged and complete with all accessories upon receipt. If customers find incomplete packaging, damaged products and incomplete accessories when they receive the products, please contact our company within 24 hours after receiving the goods (our company will deal with the specific situation).
IV. Response to Customer Complaints
When receiving complaints from customers, contact relevant departments and personnel within 24 hours, and respond to customers within 48 hours after acceptance. For particularly complex problems that cannot be answered in a short time, it is necessary to explain the reasons to the customers and keep in touch until the problem is finally solved.
5. Time and mode of exchange
1. All returned, exchanged and repaired products must be guaranteed to return the repaired or replaced products to customers within days of receipt of the returned goods in accordance with the provisions of the contract. If there are special circumstances, the product can not be returned to the customer within this time, we must explain the reasons to the customer in advance and obtain the customer's understanding.
2. The sales company must send the products that need to be returned to the customers within 2 working days after receiving the warehousing notification of the maintenance products.
3. The customer must contact the company before returning the goods. The company has the right to refuse any request for return and exchange without explanation.
VI. OTHER SERVICES
1. Free cooperation with customers to provide new product design and development.
2. Confidentiality of new products designed and developed by customers.
