General provisions

Before accepting twmall (twmall.shop) services, users should read this clause carefully and agree to this statement.

Users'direct or indirect use of twmall  services and data through various means (e.g. off-site API references, etc.) will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted all the contents of this statement; if users have objections to any of the terms of this statement, please stop using all services provided by twmall .

Article 1

In the process of using twmall  services and data in various ways (including but not limited to publishing, introducing, reprinting, browsing and using twmall  or twmall  users to publish content), users shall not use twmall in any way to engage directly or indirectly in violation of local laws and regulations, as well as social morality. Users should abide by the following commitments:

The contents published, reproduced or provided conform to local laws, regulations and social morality.

No interference, damage or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of twmall shall be allowed.

It shall not interfere with, damage or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other shell net users.

Comply with twmall and related network service protocols, guidelines, management rules, etc.

twmall has the right to delete any violation of the above commitments.

Second article

1. twmall only provides storage space for content published by users. twmall does not provide any guarantee for content published or reproduced by users: it does not guarantee that the content meets your requirements and that twmall services will not be interrupted. twmall is not liable for any reason, such as network status, communication lines, third-party websites or management requirements.

2. User's content published in twmall (including but not limited to twmall  current product functions) only shows their personal position and viewpoint, and does not represent twmall position or viewpoint. The publisher of the content shall be responsible for the content published by himself. The publisher of the content shall bear all legal and joint liabilities for all disputes arising from the content published. twmall does not bear any legal and joint liability.

3. Users publish content suspected of infringing other people's intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests in twmall . After relevant parties provide preliminary evidence, twmall  has the right to delete it first and retain the right to transfer it to judicial organs for investigation and punishment.
